User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function operates one-way – it is not possible to reverse it, which is the current standard for storing user passwords.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on the Use of Data
In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if this is necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations resting on the Controller. This applies to the following groups of recipients:

Your personal data processed by the Controller will not be kept longer than necessary to carry out related activities specified under separate regulations (e.g. concerning accounting). Regarding marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
You have the right to request from the Controller:
- access to your personal data,
- its rectification,
- erasure,
- restriction of processing,
- and data portability.
You have the right to object to the processing referred to in point 3.2 with respect to the processing of personal data for the purpose of pursuing legitimate interests carried out by the Controller, including profiling, provided that the right to object cannot be exercised where there are valid, legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
You have the right to lodge a complaint against the Controller’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the website.
You may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of the Controller’s direct marketing.
Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that we do not transfer it outside the European Union.
